Choir

TSW:

1. Sing vocal exercises to warm-up vocal chords
2. Sing vocal exercises individually for Ms. Ward to determine the students singing range
3. Review standard choral notation guidelines
4. Rehearse the following pieces of music:
   1. Jubilate Deo
   2. Believe
   3. God Bless the Broken Road

Homework: Bring in the Choir Student Information Sheet

Reminders: $75 Choir Fee due by Sept. 10, 2007!

NSME:

6th Grade Music

All new classes, TLW:

1. Review Syllabus
2. Review Classroom rules and procedures
3. Fill out information notecard

All other classes, TLW:

1. Complete the warm-up activity/quiz
2. Review Syllabus, rules and procedures
3. Turn in 1st assignment (parent email addresses and contact info)
4. Review Extra Credit project
5. Begin Lesson 1: Staff, Clef signs, Notenames
6. Complete classwork (classwork becomes homework if not completed during class)

NSME:

6th Grade Computer (B Week)

TLW:

1. Learn and Review all classroom rules and procedures
2. Review the syllabus
3. Fill out the completed information notecard
4. Take syllabus home to parent/guardian for contact information to be completed
